Set in a single family kitchen over the course of one year, The Third Act follows the McKay family across four holidays, bringing old roles, new tensions, and long-avoided truths to the surface.

 

As relationships shift and the past refuses to stay buried, Maureen, who has spent a lifetime holding everything together, finds herself facing an unexpected question: What comes next when everything changes?

 

By turns funny, sharp, and deeply human, The Third Act is an intimate portrait of family, loss, and the courage it takes to begin again.
